For Ballinafid Multyfarnham Bunbrosna Active, it’s busy. As well as the weekly classes and activities, such as Pilates on Monday, Go For Life on Tuesday, Acrylics and Watercolours on Wednesday, Oil Painting on Thursday, and Yoga on Friday, BMB Active are revving up for Christmas celebrations.

Here are some dates for your diary that are essential for BMB Active members and friends:

Pickleball Championships in Multyfarnham Community Centre on Saturday November 30. Don’t forget your Santa hat! Spectators are welcome at this event.

On Sunday December 1, BMB members and friends will sit down to a Christmas lunch at Multyfarnham Community Centre. Kindly be seated by 2.45pm for service at 3pm.

On Sunday December 8, annual Multyfarnham Country Fair, 11am-2pm. BMB Active will have a display table, so come along and say hello. You may be surprised by how much there is to learn about the events, classes, day trips, cultural events, activities, mini breaks, and foreign holidays.

On Wednesday December 11 at 10am in Multyfarnham Community Centre, join BMB to craft your own Christmas wreath. All required materials will be supplied, but please bring your own scissors.

Condolences

Condolences to the family and friends of Con Gilsenan. Con Gilsenan of Multyfarnham and Mullingar has left us after an illness bravely borne with his gentlemanly nature. He touched the lives of all who knew him, in both the happiest and the saddest times of our lives.

BMB Active extend their heartfelt sympathy to his loving wife Joan, his son Connor, his siblings and their families, Liam, Ber, Frank, Treasa, and Mary Murphy. May Con’s gentle soul rest in peace.
