Brownstown Drama promise ‘a showstopper you can’t miss’ with their 32nd variety night
The team at Brownstown Drama are telling locals to brace themselves for an electrifying show of music, laughter, and jaw-dropping performances when they present their 32nd annual variety show, ‘Dance The Night Away’.
With a 90-strong cast from junior infants to adults, it looks like it will be the event of the year.
Under the guidance of producer Mairéad O’Rourke, co-producer and choreographer Paula Cox, and musical director Brendan Leavy, the high-energy spectacle will have audiences singing, clapping, and laughing non-stop.
They can expect show-stopping dance numbers, timeless tunes, and side-splitting comedy sketches.
Fame, Grease, and all-time favourite love songs feature in the show, and the youngest stars will steal the spotlight with their enchanting renditions of Frozen, High School Musical, and Wicked.
The show is on Friday February 14 at 8pm, Saturday February 15 at 8pm, and a matinee on Sunday February 16 at 3pm, in Brownstown Community Centre, Archerstown, Delvin (N91WD30). Entry is €15 for adults, €10 for students and €5 for children.
