WATCH: Talented Trim teen's reaction to hearing her songs play in Croke Park

Talented Trim singer songwriter Teagan Nolan has described as "surreal and thrilling" standing in Croke Park and hearing two of her own songs blasted out on the stadium's PA.

The young artist was among the 18,000-strong crowd for the Dublin v Galway NFL clash at GAA HQ who got to hear her single - the haunting ballad - 'Too Much To Take' played before the game kicked off and another track, 'Act Like It' make the half-time playlist where it received a great reaction too.

"I'm just buzzing," said Teagan (15), who is a student in Scoil Mhuire and making major moves to become a big name in the music industry. Working alongside producers Beardfire she has released a number of tracks and her forthcoming single 'Everything to Me' is already attracting widespread attention.

"It was just lovely to be in Croke Park and hear the song played so loud in front of so many people, it was a bit surreal to be honest. Who knows, maybe some time in the future I could be down on the pitch doing it for real."

Under the guidance of proud parents, Rachel and Stephen and supported by older sister Kaela, Teagan has already achieved widespread acclaim for the tracks, 'Act Like It', and 'Too Much To Take', with both songs garnering worldwide radio coverage including two weeks on the RTE Radio 1 Recommended Playlist, and racking up thousands of streams.

Proud mum Rachel said: "All her dreams came true, it was amazing. We can't believe Croke Park have gotten behind her and we are incredibly grateful."

Teagan is no stranger to the stage and screen, from appearing on the Late Late Toy Show four times as a singer and dancer, gracing the stage at Junior Eurovision Ireland in 2022 and 2023.

She also released a charity track 'Christmas Duet' last December with all proceeds from the single going directly to Barretstown; an organisation that provide residential therapeutic camps and programmes for children and their families affected by cancer and other serious illnesses.
