Auction of collectible vintage farm and garden tools

An Usher Auctions sale on April 28 includes a number collectible vintage farm and garden tools from a private collection.

They are ready to be used or could go straight into a museum, according to the auctioneers.

There are more than 1200 quality lots featuring a diverse selection of items that include vintage farm and garden tools, original enamel advertising signs, Irish silver, high-quality carpets and rugs, collectible coins, gold and silver coins, jewellery, notable Irish artwork inc Ciaran Clear, Patrick Reel, Noel Goulding, Maurice Canning Wilks, Pauline Bewick, Waterford glassware, dinner and tea sets, Georgian and Victorian furniture, 19th-century German porcelain, canteens of cutlery, mirrors, lamps, books, a good selection of garden furniture along with much more.

Viewing the collection in person is recommended, say the auctioneers.
