Christmas Extravaganz for St Vincent de Paul returns
Annual Killallon Christmas Extravaganza at Killallon Community Hall on Sunday December 1
The annual Killallon Christmas Extravaganza, in aid of St Vincent de Paul, returns this year on Sunday, December 1, at 2.30-4.30pm.
Now in its third year, the extravaganza is an opportunity for the young and not so young to connect as a community and spread some Christmas joy.
There will be stalls, selling crafts, baked goods, toys, children’s books and a teddy tombola. There’s also a monster raffle and Santa’s Grotto.
Admission is free and there is no charge to visit Santa, but the organisers do ask for donations.
All profits from this year’s event will again go to the local branch of St Vincent de Paul.
Last year’s event generated €1,300 for SVP.
It promises to be an enjoyable afternoon for all ages. “We especially welcome old friends of the Killallon Drama Group and anyone who is new to the area, as well as older community members, so please spread the word.
“ We look forward to welcoming everyone to Killallon Community Hall (Eircode CV15 V294) on Sunday.”
