McKvr announce partnership with Westmeath GAA as official kit and leisurewear supplier

McKeever Sports, leading names in sportswear, have announced a new partnership with Westmeath GAA as the official kit and leisurewear supplier for the 2025 season.

McKvr will design and provide a fresh range of home, away, and goalkeeper jerseys, and a line of leisurewear for both players and supporters.

McKvr collaborated with Westmeath GAA to develop designs that honour the county’s heritage and incorporate advanced performance technology to support players on and off the field.

These jerseys showcase modern, dynamic patterns, combined with McKvr’s signature lightweight, breathable fabric for optimal comfort and durability, said the company.

Home Jersey: Combining the iconic maroon with modern design elements, the home jersey pays homage to the traditional colours of Westmeath.

Away Jersey: The away kit offers a refreshing twist, featuring contrasting colours of Westmeath’s signature forest green, maroon and white.

Goalkeeper Jersey: The goalkeeper jersey features bold patterns and a vibrant white colour for a strong presence on the pitch.

Leisurewear Collection

Following the launch of the jerseys, McKvr will also introduce a comprehensive leisurewear range, offering high-quality apparel for players and supporters. The collection will include hoodies, tracksuits, polos, jackets and more – perfect for both training and casual wear. Each piece combines comfort and style.

“We are thrilled to partner with Westmeath GAA, a team with a rich history and passionate fanbase,” said Padriac McKeever, managing director of McKvr.

“Our collaboration brings together innovation, tradition, and performance. We are confident that the players and fans will be proud to wear these jerseys and our upcoming leisurewear collection.”

Frank Mescall, chairman of Westmeath GAA, added: “This partnership with McKvr marks an exciting chapter for Westmeath GAA. We’re proud to bring fans and players high-quality gear that honours our heritage while embracing a modern approach.

“McKvr’s dedication to both tradition and innovation resonates with our values, and we look forward to seeing our teams and supporters in the new kits.”

The new kits will be available online on December 6 and in select stores shortly after.
