Mullingar filmmaker wins two IPPVA awards

The winners of the IPPVA awards are chosen by a panel of international judges as members submit their work throughout the year.
Speaking at the awards event, Noel said: “There is no rule book for life so if you want to make a film, just go and do it, no one can tell you that you can’t do it – that’s how I got started.”
Noel has been awarded for his work by the IPPVA every year since joining, showing his commitment to the highest standards in his work.
Recently Noel has delivered speeches to the IPPVA International conference and camera clubs around the country. He talks about his career, his philosophy in life and what he has learned along the way. His latest work ‘Images That Tell Stories’ and his transition to black and white was a factor in the judges’ decision this year.
