Roz goes for Ladies Race Night at the Dogs

Model Roz Purcell was on hand today to mark thelaunch of the first ever Irish Greyhound Board Ladies Night at the Dogs, which will be happening at Mullingar Park Greyhound Stadium on Saturday April 27. 

Special ladies admission on these nights is just €5 and includes a complementary welcome drink upon arrival along with a free race programme and a fast-paced night of entertaining racing.

Ladies will also get the chance to enter a competition to win one of 30 weekend hotel breaks courtesy of Great National Hotels. Entry forms are located in race programmes. 

Irish Greyhound Board Head of Marketing, Orla Strumble, said: “Our female followers are extremely important to us, and for that reason we felt that a weekend of racing should be dedicated to them.

"Sixty nine per cent of our restaurant bookers across Ireland are female and we value them as the lifeline for our restaurants. A night at the dogs is a great occasion to get your girl friends together and have some fun.
