120-acre farm comes to market

Farrow, a 120-acre farm at Bunbrosna, is on the market and will go to public auction later this month (unless previously sold).

James L Murtagh Auctioneers are handling the sale of Farrow, which they describe as a non-residential, south facing farm, all in permanent pasture, with part rough grazing.

An extensive farm, it is laid out in one large division with approximately 85 acres of top class grazing.

The lands are accessed through a rough hardcore road. The lands are bounded by mature Beech, oak and ash trees and would be suitable for any farming enterprise.

The auction is planned for The Greville Arms Hotel in Mullingar at 3pm on Thursday October 29.
