Mullingar's Catherine Lundon proves all that glitters is gold!

Mullingar woman Catherine Lundon came first in the style stakes at Fairyhouse as she was crowned Most Stylish Lady on Easter Monday.

The Irish Army Captain based in Dublin’s Cathal Brugha Barracks took the crown dressed in a sequin gold disc peplum top by Virgos Lounge, Vila black trousers, Kurt Geiger shoe-boots and a clutch bag by DKNY, Ted Baker faux-fur collar, topped off with a black hat made by Fiona Mangan.

Ms Lundon nailed the “all that glitters is gold” theme as the judges, made up of Brendan Courtney, Rosanna Davison and Bairbre Power, unanimously voted the transport officer Most Stylish Lady at the races.

Catherine won an €8,000 package from Carton House and a bottle of Bollinger champagne to celebrate.
