Ardmore Road to be closed for surfacing works

The Ardmore Road in Mullingar will be closed tomorrow, Thursday July 21, from 1.30pm to 4.30pm, and from 7pm to 2am.

Westmeath County Council have stated that the closure is for essential road works.

Preparation for the works will take place between 1pm and 4.30pm, and a stop/go system will be in place.

Surfacing works will be carried out between 7pm and 2am, during which hours traffic movements will be restricted.

Residents who want to travel while the surfacing works are in progress should leave cars outside the work zone, which is from the creche to town side of Saunders Bridge.
