Spelling Bee - Kilbeggan Young At Heart will have an intergenerational event on Wednesday October 14 at 10am in Kilbeggan Library. It will be a Spelling Bee with sixth class pupils from Kilbeggan Primary School.Spelling is important but learning to spell can be boring. So the Spelling Bee will be a bit of fun as well. Mr Enda Gallen is preparing his pupils for the challenge.The members of Young At Heart are trying to remember some of the tricks they learned at school such as 'i before e except after c' and how many s's in Mississippi? Ms Finola Colgan of Mental Health Association of Ireland(Midlands) will give a Power Point presentation and the MHAI are sponsoring the prizes.CK UTD 'B' NotesDivision 1 results for October 4, C K Utd 3-2 Mullingar Athletic.
