Mullingar man Bressie on Simple Things

The new album Simple Things, featuring 14 original tracks from artists including Mullingar man Bressie, is available in shops now!

Simple Things is a Cycle Against Suicide album currently sitting at the top of the iTunes album charts.

Bressie and Cavan goalkeeper, Alan O'Meara, talked to Brendan O'Connor on RTÉ's Saturday Night Show last weekend about breaking the stigma attached to seeking help for your mental health.

Costing just a tenner, it is available in all good record stores, and is also available on iTunes.
