Congratulations and best wishes are extended to Nancy Nally, Temple, Horseleap on celebrating her 70th Birthday. Greetings come from husband, T.D, daughter Marie, sons Fergus, Raymond and Damien, in-laws, grandchildren, and neighbours and her many friends at the Wednesday Club.Set dancing classesThe céilí and set dancing classes continue on a Thursday night in Horseleap Streamstown Community Centre from 8.30 to 10pm. All are welcome to come along and enjoy the craic and learn the various steps, even if they cannot commit to coming every week.CardsThe following are the results from the game held on Monday last the 22nd of September. Raffle: €15, John Kennedy; €10 each: Anne Sheerin, Grace Hanratty and Sheila Keegan. The winners were Grace Hanratty and Martin Wall who received €50. Next were Mary Mannion and Lizzie Lynam who received €30.The table prize winners were Anne Sheerin and Marie Moran, John Kennedy and Ger Cooney and each couple received €10. Well done to all of the winners and we welcome back some familiar faces and hope that over the coming weeks more will return for the couple of hours on a weekly basis. New comers are welcome and partners can be provided.Harvest FairThe Annual Harvest Fair is set for Sunday the 5th of October in Horseleap Streamstown Community Centre, which includes, at 2 p.m., a dog show.It"s hoped every household will come along on the day with entries for the various categories, and that the children will have their art completed and the produce for the children"s sections which include ones for wild flowers and foliage, miniature garden on a lid, home-made biscuits, 6 decorated queen cakes and marmalade.The date is a little later than usual but everything was running behind this 'summer' and the organisers were trying not to clash with other areas and activities.The flower show will consist of 1 gladiolus, 3 dahlias in bloom, a vase of cut flowers, single rose - hybrid tea and floribunda, geranium in bloom, any pot plant in bloom, foliage plant, and foliage only in arrangement, an exhibit on a cup and saucer, hall table arrangement.In the home produce section white soda bread, brown soda, apple tart, harvest fruit loaf, 6 plain queen cakes, boiled fruit cake, chocolate cake, cheese cake, 6 fruit scones, Victoria sandwich, tea brack, pavlova, swiss roll, all varieties of jam, 6 hens eggs, pot of marmalade. In the farm produce: 6 potatoes round or kidney, 3 turnips, square bale of hay, square bale of straw, 6 sods of machine turf. In the vegetable section head of cabbage, lettuce, tomatoes, beetroot, carrots, parsnips, best collection of vegetables, rhubarb.  In the fruit section 3 cooking apples, 3 eating apples, 6 plums or damsons.  Entries accepted between 11am and 11.45 with the judging commencing at 12 noon.The Committee would appreciate if produce is left for sale and if there is anyone who would like to donate items for auction who do not want them entered. It"s hoped that this will be a fun-filled day and that all can make the most of it. The funds from this event go towards the upkeep and upgrading of the Community Centre.Each year the organisers try and add features to the Centre, which is very popular among all of the groups who wish to avail of the facilities, so this event is for all to come out and meet each other and support the Community Centre.Dates for your DiaryThursday nights Céilí/Set Dancing Classes  8.30 - 10pmMonday nights the Cards continue in the Community CentreAnnual Harvest Fair and Dog Show on Sunday 5th of October
