Christmas Q&A: Robyn Kelly
Robyn Kelly is a female boxing star from the Ballynacargy Boxing Club and this year she won her first national senior title, at the age of 18. She won a bronze medal at the European U22 Boxing Championships (57kg category) in Montenegro. Along with her older brother, Wayne, she was part of the Irish team in Poland for an elite boxing event earlier in the year, the first time the siblings were part of the national side at the same time which was a special honour.

Would have to be his roasties!
Do you have any Christmas traditions?
After a big dinner, we would usually light up the sitting room fire and cuddle up and watch movies for the evening.

When my Da threw out my soother when I was 10 and told me that it was going to Santy!
Are you an organised shopper or a Christmas Eve one?
I would be an organised shopper because I can’t deal with the stress of last minute things and everyone rushing around on Christmas Eve.
Are you planning on making a New Year’s resolution?
My New Year resolution is to train hard and go back and try win a gold medal at the European U22 boxing championships.
